World of Wheels - Chicago

There is a light at the end of the frozen tunnel friends.  I'm talking about that harbinger of spring, the wondrous World of Wheels.  W.O.W.  rocked the Chicagoland area this past weekend, bringing with it the hottest rides on 2, 3 and 4 wheels.  Heck, they even had a zamboni.  It was such a blast to forget about the snow, be amongst my people and take in all the finery that filled the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.  I saw old friends, outrageous new rides,  and with the smell of tire shine, new leather, moth balls, oil, fresh popcorn all mixed with the lingering scent of exhaust.... well, it was enough to begin to thaw my frozen gears.  I even saw "The King" Mr. Richard Petty's cowboy hat from across the room, as far as proximity to "The King" in my book that  counts as close and cool!

Take a gander at this fine summer forecast in the middle of the longest winter ever!
