Makes me Green With Envy.
Sometimes it's really really hard to describe a ride. If I had to describe this '47 Buick in one word it would, in my humble opinion, have to be "exquisite" and that humdinger of a description just might be a first for me. It's not all that often that you see a Roadmaster turned out like this and all I have to say is mega props to Chad Kolman and his 3 year project. Just awesome, don't ya think? Fab chop, and a nod to the Hirohota Merc with the window frames .... perfection. A little birdie pointed out those grill teeth once graced a DeSoto, the bumper was born on a '57 Olds and those headlights came from a younger sib - a '53 Buick. Last but certainly not least, those sweet sweet Caddy Dagmars.
It was my good fortune to see this ride up close and personal at the 2013 KKOA Leadsled Spectacular. Now you can cast an eyeball at this beauty and I do believe you'll agree with me, this is one for the books!
Rumor has it that each one of those upholstery nails cost 10 bucks a piece. Can you say money, money, money! Can't wait to see what this year's Spectacular brings!
Til the next time - Keep on Kruzin!
